AdobeFireworks_Butterfly

This is a project I made in adobe fireworks. I made this butterfly by first starting off with a canvas of 5x5 inches with a resolution of 200. I made my first background green, second background black and the last background a tan color. I then made the flower by making a stem out of a long rectangle and using the sub select tool to reform it to make it look like a stem a little more. I made the black bulb by taking a circle and using the sub selection tool to reform it and make it look like where the flower starts. I then made the flower puddles by making a circle and using the sub selection tool to reform it to make a peddle. I individually made each peddle and used the scale tool to rotate it around the middle of the flower. After I made the peddles i made smaller peddles and colored them purple and put them under the bigger peddles. For the leafs on the stem I made a circle and used the sub selection tool to reform it to look like a leaf. I used the pencil tool and sketched in the veins of the leaf. Moving on to the butterfly body I used a circle and the sub selection tool to make it look like a butterfly body and I colored it grey. For the head I did the same thing but formed it to look like a head of a butterfly. I started out with a circle for the wings and used the sub selection tool to form it to look like wings and did the same thing to the bottom wing and colored them both black. I rearranged them to fir on the butterfly body. For the details of the wing I used a circle and used the sub selection tool and formed it to look like the details on a butterfly's wing. I did the same for the other parts of the wing and I colored them yellow. For the red details on the outer edge of the wing i used a circle and again used the sub selection tool but this time I made the circles smaller to fit on the outer edge of the wings. For the antenna on the head I used the pencil tool. One more thing to add to make it look like a framed picture is lines on the edges of the background. I put my name so people know who made the picture. Last I made the sun by using the pie shape tool and formed it to look like the sun and made small rectangles to look like the radiation of the sun.

Emotion_Terror

This Emotion is terror. I made this image by starting with a black canvas. I then Added a doughnut shape, a circle shape, a rounded rectangle shape, chamfer shape and last a polygon shape. I then used the pencil tool to form the spiral and make it look creepy and like terror.
This represents terror because it looks like there are platforms that you stand on and there is a black hole u can fall in and a red spiral that you can also fall in.

Emotion_Grief

For this emotion grief, is tarted out with a grey canvas. I then made a little circle and used the sub selection tool to form it to where it looks like a rain drop. I copy and pasted more of the raindrops and added a edge of feather. The texture i used is grain but set it to 0. I rearranged each of the raindrops to make it look like it is raining. This represents grief because the rain drops symbol grief or sad.

Emotion_Ecstacy

For this emotion ecstacy , I first changed the canvas color to a greenish yellow color and then made  a circle in the middle of the canvas. After that I changed the color of the circle to the color of the emotion ecstacy. I then used the pencil tool to make little squiggles around the circle to make the image sorta happy looking. The last thing I did was add a blue rectangle at the top of the canvas. This represents ecstacy because it looks like there is joy and a sun look.

Emotion_Boredom

For this Emotion, boredom is I made sure this image is kind of boring and not fun to look at. First thing I did was change the canvas color to grey.  After that I made one big rectangle and copy and pasted 4 of them and set each one of them in the corners of the canvas and set the color to white. what I did next is use the tool "L" shape and used the Sub Selection tool to dis form the L shape a little bit. This represents boredom because it is boring to look at and took very little skill to make.

Emotion_Anger

For this assignment I did the emotion "Anger" which is mainly the color red. First I made a  red rectangle for the background. I made one small rectangle and then copied and pasted more to fit around the canvas. After the rectangles I selected the Sub Selection tool and customized each small rectangle to look pointy at the end. I also made one more medium sized rectangle and put it in the middle of the canvas and gave it a feather edge and a burlap texture. At last I used the pencil tool to make the squiggly lines to make it look like anger.
This represents anger because there are spikes on the outside and squigglys to represent anger.
